My name is Adelle Laudan, and I live with my family in Southern Ontario. There are three things in my life I am most passionate about; Family, Writing and Motorcycles. I’ve been known to write with emotion that sometimes surprises even me. My characters are as real as the situations life puts them in. It is my belief, if I can evoke any feelings from my readers, whether it be through laughter or tears, I’ve accomplished what I set out to do. What else about me do I think you might be interested to know? I am deaf. I do not look on this as a disability. It is something that has progressed over the last 10 years. At this stage, although I am legally deaf, I am able to function amongst the hearing with the use of some super duper hearing aids I am told this is a progressive hearing loss, so one day I will be completely deaf. Regardless, I have a full and well rounded life, regardless.
