Ever since I can remember, I've always loved to cook. My family loves my cooking too, well at least 99% of the time anyway (lima beans are still a problem). What added to my love for cooking was experimenting to try and find new ways to prepare the same old dishes of meats, poultry, fish, and even vegetables a different way. My recipes were tested on family and friends who proceeded to rave about the variety of textures and flavors incorporated in each dish. It was their coaxing which prompted me into writing a cookbook.
