I was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, and still call it home.  I'm fond of good books (especially science fiction/fantasy), action movies, and oil painting as a hobby.
I write fantasy novels and poetry, and combine my great interest in history and mythology with the themes of my books and stories.

I have been influenced by science fiction and fantasy writers. Authors like Ray Bradbury and Guy Gavriel Kay.

I have yet to win any major accolades, but I live in hope.
Minor accolades: second place in a WritersCafe.org poetry contest.

I've previously authored and published a volume of poetry, Tears of Poetry, a collection of fantasy short stories, Inside Realms, and a small, non-fiction movie guide, The Incomplete List of Action Movie Clichés.
