B. Davis Greer grew up in Texas and graduated from Southern Illinois University, earning a B.S. in Electronics and Management.  Bob is  retired from the U.S. Air Force and from the Federal Aviation Administration, with 38 years total service to his country!

 His first novel “The Pegasus Affair” was published in 2005.  His second novel, "Little Boy Blue" was published in 2010.  He and his wife Vivian recently celebrated 52 years of marriage!  (She is very patient!)  They have three children, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.   He and his wife now reside near Augusta, GA.  He loves to read, fish, and tinker with computers.  He "knows his material from experience" and writes Exciting Christian fiction!

  BOOK REVIEW:  (Publish America; 221 Pg.)  "The Pegasus Affair" is a circle of intrigue that comes to an exciting conclusion at a point of logic—each character is introduced throughout the book and revealed as relevant to the story, smartly but in his time. It was fascinating to see each character tie to his plot—you will not know exactly how until you read further. Mr. Greer also quotes Biblical passages and uses prayer reservedly but enough to tie the human spirit to the goals—whether it is something going on within the family or in the defense of our country. These are accurate examples of how all of us have thought and prayed at one time or another in our lives, when faced with dangerous scenarios or personal failures—I mean it. I know.  I totally recommend the book.  It is a novel of high stakes. It is a realistic, clean book yet it is also a work of constant tension, in the challenging arena of Geo-Politics, Terrorism and Defense work.  From the towers in airports, to a homeless vet, to a couple of boys fishing, it delivers a great story, that’ll cause one to think of faith, hope and diligence—as the enemies of freedom work their hardest to destroy as they are trying to do today."

The people and events depicted in this novel are fictitious. It is written in a sequential documentary style, to retain the excitement and reality of the unfolding events. Although the main characters are followed in the various scenarios, the real heroes and heroines are the everyday American people, as they interact in difficult and challenging situations. The faith and fortitude of some ordinary but great Americans are interwoven and illustrated in parallel with the leading characters. The hope is that while the reader is being entertained, he/she will also be enlightened, as to the vulnerability which we face daily in America. In the days to come we could face such unknown, but very real challenges. May Jehovah God give us the wisdom to act appropriately, and the tenacity to persevere to victory over all of our foes!
