When her granddaughter's boyfriend gets accused of sexual harassment during his first teaching job, retired math professor Lillian Morgan springs to his defense...
"Best wishes for an adventurous life. Remember to take your dreams in both hands, hold tightly and keep running till you're there...no matter how treacherous and tormenting that path might be." ~Carol Gambill
Background
Information
Carol currently resides with her hubby in Viera, Florida where she enjoys writing. She holds great appreciation for her family and friends that have stuck with her through thick and thin.
Although her three children have grown, they remain very close to her heart along with four special grandchildren. The love of her wonderful parents, loving husband, high-spirited kids inspire her to envision and write her next adventure.
Carol hopes you enjoy the Breaking Out Series where each novel introduces a hero who's broken and hardened by life's adversities. Although the plots are quite dissimilar and the characters inviolable and charismatic, the novels are all empowered by one thing that we all need to survive, and that is love. No matter what our past has brought us, love is the only thing that can make this life bearable and worthwhile.
Carol loves a good tale filled with tiny intrigue pieces that make up time and space or more eloquently put--our lives. Those unplanned actions that sometimes fall naturally in place, but more so unnaturally, seem to motivate us unknowingly; pushing and even shoving us through our day. Whether that motivation makes us happy, sad, or suffering to the point of becoming numb; we take it and except it like the heroes in all of us are.
