Release worry. What would you do right now, if indeed- all is well? What comes to your mind first?
What would you do right now, if indeed- all is well? What comes to your mind first? You might go swimming in a lake, go walking just for fun- not exercise, read whatever book you would like to read and for however long you want to be reading it, you might take that trip you have been putting off- and so on. Stop putting your life on hold... act as if - all truly is well.
Use the time you normally would spend spinning your mental wheels with worry- on experiencing life.
As a past worrier, I can attest to the fact that once you stop worrying and start living- you have freed up so much time and energy- it feels like you actually get more hours in a day and more days in a week.
Journal Exercise: Write down any worries or concerns you have right now... then tear up the list and throw it away... Then write down a narrative of all of your happy endings and resolutions like they have already happened. Notice your energy shift.
