When is the last time you asked yourself what your heart wants? Most of us move to logical thinking when we are determining our goals and actions steps.

When is the last time you asked yourself what your heart really wants? Most of us move to logical thinking when we are determining goals and actions steps.

Hold your hand over your heart... and ask- "What does my heart want?" Did that make you nervous? We are taught to not trust the heart through movies, fiction, history- we are taught to not "get carried away".  So it is not a surprise if you felt a little squirmy at the idea of letting your heart determine your next course of action.

The thing is- our hearts know the truth... our minds can reason us out  of what our hearts know to be the true path. But our hearts know.

If you feel like you have an inner conflict, perhaps you have some struggle between your mind and your heart.

Connect with your heart's desire today.  Let your mind wander and allow your heart to take over.
