May Oprah's words and the addition of affirmations help you
My best to you

Oprah Winfrey-- “If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away.  If he doesn't want you, nothing can make him stay.  Stop making excuses for a man and his behavior.  Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from heartache.”

Suggested Affirmation: “I attract the ideal man/woman in my life by letting go of the men/women that are not right for me.”

Suggested Inquiry: How can I change who I am being so that I no longer attract the wrong man for me, and attract the right man?

Suggested Action: Make a detailed list of your ideal man--Physically, emotionally, spiritually, values, convictions, etc.

Oprah Winfrey—“Stop trying to change yourself for a relationship that's not meant to be.”

Suggested Affirmation: “I am the best me there is and I have no need to change who I am for any man/woman.”

Suggested Inquiry: Inquire into the statement that finding the man/woman who loves me exactly the way I am is my best chance to have a successful long-term committed relationship.

Suggested Action: Get out of a relationship that doesn’t work.

Oprah Winfrey-- "The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate."

Suggested Affirmation: “I praise God for my life and I celebrate it.”

Suggested Inquiry: What are new ways in which I can praise God?

Suggested Action: Write down an aspect of your life that you are grateful for.

Oprah Winfrey-- "The whole point of being alive is to evolve into the complete person you were intended to be."

Suggested Affirmation: “I am evolving into the person I am intended to be.”

Suggested Inquiry: What is your purpose?

Suggested Action: Do something that evolves you.

Oprah Winfrey-- "Whatever you fear most has no power--it is your fear that has the power."

Suggested Affirmation: “What I fear has no power.”

Suggested Inquiry: What action can I take to overcome fear?

Suggested Action: Do one small thing that you are afraid to do.

May you have outstanding relationships with men
