Jake Malone has been married once and that's enough, or so he thinks until he meets a free spirit named Carly.

Jake Malone, a successful Dallas businessman is independent, self-assertive and a loner. He's dead sure he doesn't need anyone to complete or complicate his life.

Carly Anderson falls for Jake and vows to change his mind. If she has her way, he'll chase her until she catches him. Several zany characters add to the confusion as she proceeds: a Stallone wanna-be, a "film producer" whose motto is: wine them, dine them,wed them and rob them." There's also Carly's grandmother, eighty-seven years young with her black Lab and her new toy, a shiny red Harley motorcycle.

With so much help, does Jake have a chance?
