Hey Rufuz old boy...how ya doing? I really appreciate your concern about my most recent captivity, but you see; it really wasn't all that bad after I left the vets office. I had to go to the vet first for my tune up...and yes I was in a cold friendless cage for a day or two....but after that they moved me across the street to the boarding house where I had my own Cat Condo... I must say it was really nice. It was three levels high. On the first floor I had all the food that I cared to eat plus lots of toys that rolled around and made noise. On the second floor I had a tree that grew all the way to the ceiling that I loved to climb. attached to it were some really neat stuffed toys that looked like frogs and clowns. I also had steps that went to each level....sometimes I would take these and other times I would just climb the tree to the top penthouse floor on the third level. Up there I had a little tent that I loved to hide away in and pretend I was camping out like you and your master does. So you see...Al ain't all that bad...he could have just kept me at the vet but he wanted me to be happy while he and mama was away. I just did the purple feet thing to freak him out...he gets very emotional about my health and mama Leah's health...just between me and you, I kind of think he is a little too soft. I mean that he is all the time running around checking on me and Leah. Is the air too hot; is the water in my bowl just right. I worry about him flaking out on me someday but somehow he just keeps bouncing back...I think its that thing he does on his knees all the time...he calls it praying and now he has me doing it for mama Leah at night before he puts me to bed. So try not to be too hard on old Al there...He means well and he does pretty good for a human. I hope your master Ed finds work soon. Al told me about your situation and told me to pray for you and your master when I did my kitty cat prayers...to be honest...I really don't mind the praying part, its just that I haven't quite got the knack of getting my hind legs to act like knees...well I got to run along now Rufuz...you take care of your old man and I think I will go and give mama Leah my Love...she's been real sick lately and needs me there....be good now OK?
