In its clutches...

Well, it's a job...

I know & don't know what is wrong with me...

Losted is my muse...

She was born the same year as me...

Don't have a title for this one...

Why do I keep reading a book I don’t particularly like…?

One of those middle of the night writes…

Who's skeered of the big bad storm,
She will huff and puff,
And blow a house down,
Wearing the outfit of a red-nosed clown...

With her arms ready to around us wrap,

Moving slowly up the coast cranking out the rap,

Skirting the Carolinas for a different change,

Then heading into our neck of the woods,

Rarely do we see storms in our range…

Her power may be less intense,

Once she does cross the Jersey shore,

But powerful just the same,

Certainly she won’t be in anyway lame…

Wish I had the ability to surf,

But the old back won’t deal with that,

Those waves would be really fun,

Just give me one kickin’ ride,

Then with Sandy will I afterwards abide…
