Beautiful, Beautiful Love
My thoughts rest
under the light of your lamppost
You glisten inside my soul of souls
Your voice as crisp as wintry kisses
And warmth as the fires of the sun
I become one in my sheltering vestibules
The heart of my journey leading me to you
And it is here I spire forth in this beatific love
This unending fountain where your rivers flow
Spilling all these emotions into new servitudes
Giving your sacred arms to all in needs of need
No love can shine higher nor mightier than yours
Nor reach beyond the chambers of your heavenly vaults
As you show me all the ignorance’s of all mankind
The trespasses of sin traipsing across your blood
I beckon unto you for all your forgiveness’s
across the archaic millennia’s of all mankind
This selfishness of our flesh, and of our heraldic bones
Not knowing how to give the depths of such a beautiful,
beautiful love
Egotistically unyielding, and divided into personifications
What they blindly deem worthy and fit for kings
Failing to realize there are no other fortresses worthy
None other than the love of you, Jesus, King of all kings
No religious house can ever over rule you
No religion or named dominion of any belief
Nor damnations brought forth by the evility of man
No bounty will ever be greater than where you eternally stand
