The Unexplained!

I found myself looking down the path
as it seemed to descend, yet I was climbing
a mountain why was this happening
everything seemed opposite, I looked at
the sky, and saw the ground

If that were so  I would be walking on the
sky,  I looked down and  I see the river
that I'm  walking through, but I couldn't
be walking in the river I was dry

I'm getting ready to cry, I see the mountain
I'm climbing ahead of me, yet I see a horse
on a parallel path going upward looking
down at me, I must be  in a dream

I let out a scream, but I don't hear it, so this
is a nightmare no doubt of it , and I want to
wake up, but I can't and the terrain changes
I'm now going uphill  in a desert

That's it, I can't take anymore of this nonsense, but I have no control, whatever is happening is by the power of something or someone else I watch  a camel fly by me

Now I'm beginning to elevate I'm almost in
the sky next to the camel then he's down on
the ground and I'm descending onto his back
I believe I'm going to crack

I'm sitting at an outdoor cafe, and across from me my friend says, " Where did you just go to, you looked like you spaced out- I couldn't get through to you for the past five minutes, I was ready to get a doctor"?

We are in the city where I live at a neighborhood cafe we always visit, I get up saying " I have to go home I feel dizzy",  as I arise I'm clutching a handfull of  sand and camel color hair, and there's sand on my shoes and on the ground as I walk away from the table.
