Each child at the Orphanage of Hope has a story to share, some lost all their families, some were abandoned because there families were to poor to care for them. But each one has eyes that shine bright with love.

 

 

 

 

God called me to south Africa for a reason

And I am so glad I listened to that call.

I had no idea just how life changing this experience would be, children who have nothing, have eyes that shine bright with Christ love.

Each child at the Orphanage of Hope has a story to share, some lost all their families, some were abandoned because there families were to poor to care for them.  But each one has eyes that shine bright with love.

I came here three years ago, and the first thing I noticed about these children were the wide eyes that spoke of sorrow but they also spoke of love.

Every child deserves to be loved and that is why I feel blessed to be called here.

There are sad times of course, some children do not make it, they come to our doors so sick that we can do nothing but make them as comfortable as possible, but the ones who make it are going to shine.

We have children of all ages here, and they have all become family to one another.

We teach them of Christ's love, and they sing and dance for Jesus, they have the voice of angels and can move like gazelles.

I am so glad I choose to listen to that call the Lord put on my heart.
