In my youth I wrote poems in egg yolk on the chicken coop walls, sang my own rhymes at the top of my voice from the back of a pick-up as we cruised along ditches to go irrigating, but my favorite times were singing to the cows--
Oh! How they loved the way I sang...   

~fell in love with my English tongue in 4th grade
~published various poems in various homegrown publications and a few into the larger world
~immersed myself in Peru as a missionary and learned a whole new language-culture
~mastered the art of disappearing and reemerged, gasping, here at AD (Thank you, hermanito!)

~publishing a couple of new poems each week here at AD -- some old, rehashed ones as well. ~Working on an auto-biography for my posterity. Please help me as well as you can to perfect my memoir pieces. I relish the hard-to-take comments that help me improve.
