When I was in my teens, I read every sci-fi, fantasy and mystery book my small town library had, but I wanted more. An only child, I spent a lot of time alone in my room with only my imagination for company and started writing my own short fiction when I was thirteen. My major early influences were Ellery Queen and Alfred Hitchcock.

I hold a degree in mass communications from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in West Texas.

My first fiction title, McCann's Manor :Portal the first of The Actor's Guild Paranormal Mystery Series, was released in ebook format through Mystic Moon Press (www.mysticmoonpress.com) on January 7, 2008, with the paperback version now available. The second in the series, The Bakery Murders: Challenge, is also available now, and the third novel (Whispers From the Past: Vendetta) is scheduled for release November, 2009.
