Connie graduated as Class Salutatorian from National Broadcasting School in 1988. She was the first person in the history of the institution to land a full-time major market on-air position before graduation. Then known as Connie Synclair, she was also the first female radio personality to be hired full-time at KXOA Radio in Sacramento.
Connie received the highly-coveted Gold Award for publicity services for a non-profit organization from the Sacramento Public Relations Association in 1997.
Connie is also a Master Web Copywriter.
Moreover, Connie is a Certified Holistic Life Coach, and she utilizes this knowledge in her travel writing practice.
