I began writing as a child, mostly short stories but since my teen years I have been writing poetry.  Some of my influences, favorite poets are Edgar Allan Poe, William B. Yeats, Javan, and Anne Sexton, just to name few.  Everyday life, the ordinary moments, experiences inspire me to write.  In 2008 I started my own literary publication publishing other poets and writers. 

The Catharsis, Edgar Digested Verse, Our Journey, Feelings Of The Heart, Nocturnal Lyric, The Poets Haven, SP Quill, Adept Press Small Brushes and most recently I have appeared in the second issue of Cold Coffe Magazine and in the Summer 2009 issue of the CP Journal. I have also won some awards, ribbons and creative writing certificates for my work.

My most recent work is Issue #4 of The Stray Branch, a literary publication I founded in January of 2008 pubishing on line and in print, poetry, short fiction, artwork and photography producing two issue per year, appearing with a Spring/Summer issue and a Fall/Winter issue. Now that issue 4 is available I will soon begin work on issue #5, the Spring/Summer 2010 edition. I'm also in the process of working on a third book of my own poetry but do not know when that will be completed.
