I first picked up a pen to write a poem when I was thirteen years old.  My wretched Eighth Grade English teacher gave an assignment to write a poem.  Then, taking pleasure in torturing kids, he made us write more poems and compile a book.  Yes, we had to make the book from cardboard, cloth and paper.  I don’t know what ever happened to that book, but the poems, I saved.  Now, nearly thirty years later, I have penned hundreds of poems, songs and more.

Currently my portfolio at writing.com houses a handful of my poems and short stories. I have completed one novel "Through God's Mercy" and am working on the sequal "By God's Grace". I am also currently working on research and writing my first non-fiction book, “Rollercoasters: Life With Meniere’s”. This is a book about Meniere’s Disease which I was diagnosed with September 2005.
