Dodie Katague is a deputy district attorney for a San Francisco Bay Area county. He specializes in prosecuting High Tech Computer crimes and has handled many high publicity criminal cases. One of his most recent cases includes the Community College Grades for Cash scam where students ran a covert grade changing business for 3 years from the Admissions Office of the College, changing hundreds of grades for tens of thousands of dollars. Dodie teaches and lectures to law enforcement agencies around the country on high tech crime topics such as Identity Theft, Computer Hacking and Internet Scams.
Dodie earned his law degree from the University of California Davis in 1985 and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1981.
His soon-to-be-published novel, Cloyne Court, fictionalizes a journal that he kept as a Berkeley Student living in student-run and off-beat dormitory during the late 1970’s.
He is currently working on his next novel, “Devil Mountain DA” – a fictional account of life in a dysfunctional prosecutor’s office.
