I Graduated with BA in Theatre Arts from the University of California, Irvine in 1991. I published my first short story in 1994 in Catalyst Magazine. Since then I've published many stories and articles in magazines and anthologies like Children's Digest, My Friend, Ladybug, Cat Fancy, Redbook, and the bestselling books Chicken Soup for the Mother's Soul and Chicken Soup for the Kids' Soul 2. I am a member of Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Publishers Marketing Association, California Readers Association, Screen Actors Guild, and American Federation of Radio and Television Actors.
