Well, I have had it done. The DBS first operation took 6 hours. I was awake through the entire part! The second part I was sedated. I had my first stimulation done. Thought everything went well. BUT when I went for my second stimulation, I felt worse than the first, soooooo I'm going back for another 'tune up'
