Dr. Lewis is President & CEO of the Deline Institute for Professional Development. She conducts workshops and seminars that have been presented throughout the United States and abroad. Dr. Lewis has been certified by The Professional Woman Network as a Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in Women Issues. She is a A passionate believer in self-esteem, desiring to guide women to achieve their best mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, while helping them to feel comfortable and advance in the workplace.

Dr. Lewis is listed in Manchester Who’s Who for Executives and Professional, as well as the Metropolitan Who’s Who. Dr. Lewis hold membership with several organizations such as: Professional Woman Speakers Bureau, National Association for Female Executives, Federally Employed Women, Women in Impacting Policy Policy and recently appointed to serve on the International Advisory Board of the Professional Woman Network.

Among her many accolades, is a governor’s citation from former Maryland Governor William Shaffer (for service during Desert Storm), three Attorney General’s Volunteer Service Awards and a Director’s Award for Outstanding Foreign Counterintelligence Investigation from the FBI. Dr. Lewis was also nominated for the Office Depot 2007 Business Woman of the Year Award.

Dr. Lewis is the co-author of Overcoming the Superwoman Syndrome; You're on Stage: Branding, Etiquette & Style; and A Woman's Journey to Wellness: Mind, Body & Spirit; and she is the author of Playing from the Blue Tee: Women in the Federal Government.
