Winner of Romance Slam Jam, Emma for The Color of Trouble, The Wedding Gown was a double finalist for RSJ for steamiest romance and for book of the year.It was chosen as a book club pick by Black Expression and is available in hard cover. Misty Blue, was a finalist for best book cover and best sequel for Romance Slam Jam in March 2007. I was a finalist for author of the year. Misty Blue was a May 2006 Release. It was in Emma finalist for, Book of the year, and best book cover. Dyanne was an Emma finalist for author of the year. Misty blue won for favorite book cover. In Dec. of 06 Lets Get It on was be released from Genesis Press. In Feb 07 A story of love told aganist the backdrop of Hurricane Katrina in Forever and a Day was released by Parker Publishing. May of 2007 Two sides to Every Story was released by Genesis Press followed by, Dyanne's first vampire novel, In the beginning. Another I/R release from Genesis Press, Many Shades of Gray will be out in Oct of 2007.
Dyanne just finished edits today on what will be her first main stream fiction with Parker Publishing, Another Man's Baby to be released winter of 08. The Critic and second vampire novel will be released also in 08. Dyanne is using the name, F. D. Davis for her romance novels so that her romance readers will not be confused if they're not into vampires.
A member of Windy City RWA for ten years Dyanne is serving her second term as chapter president. She is also going into her second year with her local cable show and has hosted many award winning authors, Robin Schone, Jade Lee, and this July will bring L. A. Banks to her show.
