I'm off to another adventure! After having sixteen books published with five of them still in print, available in local B&N and Borders book stores, and also on Amazon.com, I'm turning my attention now to Asia. I'll be three months (June-August, 2008) in Chiang Mai, one of my favorite places, and then another three months (September-November, 2008) in Dhaka. I plan to teach English both places and maybe tell a few people about my friend, Jesus. English opens doors for a lot of people, not only to serve as translators but also to pursue higher education in many countries, and to get better jobs. I'll be blogging now and then about happenings in the countries.
As for the rest of my writing life, it's not totally on hold. I had a book review about Queen Emma in the Honolulu Star Bulletin Sunday, April 27, and I also read three-pages in church about my plans for the next six months. No doubt I'll collect lots of ideas for stories and articles while I'm in Asia. I guess once a writer, always a writer, yes?
Glad you dropped by! See you again soon.
