“Your children will love them, and so will you. My stories are filled with enthralling narrative and delightful rhythms. They are epic tales, with great endings that are worth the wait.”
―Ethan Crownberry
Ethan Crownberry was born Vincent Somerville in 1968 in the town of Holbrook New York. At the age of seven his family moved to Lake George in upstate New York to escape the hustle and bustle of Long Island. He spent his youth in a log cabin in the Adirondack Mountains, playing and working hard in the acres of wilderness around him. As an adult, he has lived in various places in both New York and Florida. Vince lives by day as a computer programmer and by night as a poet, storywriter, and graphic artist. He has been married for 17 years and his wife is a School Psychologist. In August of 2006 his wife gave birth to their very first child, a beautiful and charismatic baby girl.
Vince has released four books for children under the pseudonym Ethan Crownberry: “Bobby Bumble’s Afraid to Fly”, “A Fish with a Wish”, "The Willies”, and "Johnny Jetpack"; each filled with wondrous Crownberry-ian cadence, narrative, and minimalist illustrations.
