My 90 year old neighbor and language coach gave me hundreds of stories about his experiences as a surgeon and physician in the back country of Brazil. Many of these stories are woven into Snakes in the Grass.

Snakes in the Grass
An international thriller in which Ramon, the hero, extracts brutal revenge on those who killed his business partner. Seeking a path to redemption he navagates a corrupt government bureaucracy and thwarts a conspiracy that placed a weapon of mass destruction in the wrong hands. Ultimately, Ramon faces two enemies who share the same goal of domination. He must find and destroy the toxic substance, while simultaneously helping rebuild the town he single-handedly destroyed.
