Gail Joseph Owen lives in Alabama. She graduated from Auburn University in Alabama. Gail owns a local real estate agency. She is the mother of two daughters. Tara and The Place of Irish Kings is the author’s first published book and is the life story of her daughter Tara who lost her battle to cystic fibrosis (CF) in 2001.
