I finished my first novel, Cappawhite, after working on it for about two and a half years. I have been writing poetry for many years and have had some published. But I mainly wrote for family and friends. Then my dad, who was terminally ill, asked me out of the blue, why I hadn't written the book I had always talked about yet?

Well i've had a few certificates for my poetry, but I was very happy when my books received awards from Allbook Reviews and Spinetinglers.com.

I have certainly been hit by the writing bug, because I am working on another three stories, He waits, The Clockmaker, and Dead Village, Cappawhite III) and I also have another one in the pipeline. FOR THE RECORD (Faded knight) is not about me personally. (thanks for your concern though)

Cappawhite won book of the year 07, and the sequel, Beyond the Forest's edge has won, book of year 08 with Allboos Review. Hot Sand, Cool Sea, has just been awarded book of the month for March 08.
