You are not backward because of where you live but because you are blind! A truly blind man is the one who is blind mentally. Mental blindness is the root of all form of backwardness. So, I believe it’s time to change. Your worth in life is essentially a product of the active use of your brain. You are a unique creature, and posse’s unusual endowments. There is so much inside you! Only eternity, I think can reveal the total worth of the creature called ‘MAN’. I tell you, there is no limitation, cultivation, growth and to the development of human mind. As a child of God, you have what it takes to make the most out of your life! If ordinary minds have produced the outstanding results we see today, then God is expecting you to do better than that, to produce extraordinary results by the appropriate use of your God-given mind called ‘THE MIND OF CHRIST’. If those who are not born again are still getting great results, imagine how much God is expecting from you and I.
The state of your life is determined by the state of your mind. Your thoughts hold the key to your life. I have been burdened by the dire need for mental enlargement through supernatural encounters in the body of Christ. That is the reason for this book. It is to help you discover that your destiny is in your hand. I want you to understand that it is impossible to think one thing and produce another. All I’m out to establish in this book is that through appropriate use of your mind, you can produce the changes you desire, for, ‘‘as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he…’’ I want to help you appreciate the fact that you’re not here [earth] to live an ordinary life, but to be an example to multitudes- a pathfinder here on earth. You are a man to be envy not to be pitied by men. You were created, cultivated and crafted with the same material that God is made of. You are God’s handy work. Among the benefits loaded in redemption is an excellent mind. There is an invasion of divinity into your mental region, which gives you a superior mentality! You now have the capacity to operate in the realm of God’s wisdom.
When you are redeemed, you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, who has a mission to quicken your understanding and make you supernaturally smart in grasping the issues of life for the things of God. Everyone save is saved to shine, not to suffer frustration. As a matter of fact, the believer can be said to be a celebrity, someone the world should celebrate. There is no insurmountable mountain, no impossible problem, and no temptation without a way of escape. All you need is some mental attention to that situation, and you’ll be out of it.
