I inspire my readers because I triumphed over killer illnesses, war, homelessness, starvation, floggings, school failure, exile, hard labor, slavery. Thereafter I earned a B. Arch. Eng., Washington State University, and traveled the world.

Having suffered years of intense traumas, having traveled the world, and being an obsessive reader and acute observer, have given me unique insights about many different issues.
I have inspired my readers and audiences, because my personal life-story gives them courage to deal with their own personal problems.
Accomplishments: I'm still alive, sane and laughing. Why is that such an accomplishment?
