Jack was a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) conducting investigations of felony crimes, counter-intelligence and counter-espionage investigations. After retiring from the military, he joined the Clark County District Attorneys office as a Special Investigator. He worked with undercover teams from the local Police and the FBI conducting burglary stings. He then joined the Nevada State Gaming Control Board (GCB) as an Enforcement Agent. He was certified by Nevada State and Federal Courts as an Expert witness during trials of gambling cheats.

Awarded the US Army and Air Force Good Conduct Medals and several USAF Commendation and Meritorious Service awards.
Certificate of Commendable Action awarded by District Attorney, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and FBI.

Jack is presently working on his fifth historical novel. The working title is "Cold War Soldier in Confinement"

Cold War Warrior
Espionage at a secret air force base in central Nevada. Enlisted are the heroes of this spy novel. Based on fact, the book takes the reader through the recruitment and vetting phase of how the Soviets recruited spies during the cold war. Then to a conclusion that will make you wonder if illegal really is just a sick bird. This book is presently out of print but will be re-issued soon.

All Crooks Welcome
Based on actual events, Las Vegas police are plagued with burglaries and robberies. Two cops come up with an idea to become fences and have the crooks sell them the evidence of their crimes.

A guest of the Nevada prison system reflects on how he became a casino cheat. The book describes a in Las Vegas to have a good time. He wins a lot of money and is treated like a king. His luck turns and he is approached to be a collector for a fraudulent jackpot. That starts him on a life of cheating slot machines and table games with his crew. Cheating methods are detailed as well as what casinos do to prevent such activity.

Cold War Defector
This is a sequel to Cold War Warrior and continues the story of the Soviet Spy Mikhail Trykalov, his defection in place and his life after being a spy.
