For 21 years, Jeanne owned and edited a group of local weekly newspapers in southern New Jersey. When that chapter in her life ended, she returned to her education roots and became a Public Information Officer for a large secondary school district. Later, she assumed the same position in a district closer to home where she still serves in that capacity.
Jeanne and her husband are the proud parents of two grown daughters and the grandparents of a boy and girl, both brilliant and beautiful, of course. They reside in southern New Jersey between Philadelphia and New York with their two cats. When she isn't working or writing, Jeanne enjoys rock music and keeping in touch with her friends.
Writing is a family gift. Jeanne's father was a talented writer whose genes seem to have been passed on to her as well her half-siblings, all of whom have a way with words. In grammar school, diagramming sentences was one of Jeanne's favorite activities and in high school and college, doing a term paper was a labor of love. Finally, many years later, a look back at one particularly pivotal period in her life was the impetus for her first novel, a fictionalized account of the love that would change her life.
