Judith was an English Major, with a major area of interest in Post World War II fiction, with an emphasis on contemporaty poetry, as well as Robert Frost, and Wallace Stevens. Judith also has an art background. She graduated from the High School of Music & Art where she was an art major, and has also studied at tbe Arts Students League, in New York City.

Member of ASCAP (American Society of Authors Composers and Publishers.) Her poetry has been set to Music and preformed at Carnegie Recital Hall. She is the winner of the David Markovitz Prize for Best Poet, at CCNY at CUNY. She has been published in two prior poetry anthologies, including CREVELATIONS and Who's Who In Poetry In American Colleges And Universities.

I have self-published my prototype of a book about the laten John Lennon, and it is available on Amazon.com. The title is 'Dear John: Letters from a Fan in New York City, AN INTERACTIVE BOOK. You can search by title or by putting in my 'author' name, FUREDI, JUDITH. Th book has been greatly upgraded, features a new foreword by Sid Bernstein, new contributions, new photos (stunning photographs of New York City by professional photographer dave beckerman of davebeckermaphoto.com. My agent is shopping the book around to NYC publishers, but we still have the option for self-publishing it starting in Sept. 06. Contact me for any information you may need.
