Journals were my first motivation for writing. I then found out that I had a talent and my friends and family wanted to read my writings. I love reading and writing carries me to places I'd like to be. In being an author I feel like now I have a voice with something to say. Then when others enjoy my writings it makes my heart happy.

As an abused child growing up I never had the luxury of dreaming for myself? It seemed I was doing a lot of just trying to survive! Yes, I accomplished that because now I am a ripe old age of 43.
When I was married, at a young age then I poured my life into my family.Now my daughter has started her family with a ten month old son and I been married a long time. I am still accomplishing those relationships.The fun one is with my grandson!
In being an very imaginative, creative and humorous person have had a few side hobbies. I'd sketch, draw and write. I had a break-down in 2003 and still to this day deal with major depression. I don't think this is an accomplishment just the facts.
I could no longer work outside of the home, I started to do some real genuine dreaming for "ME." It took me a year to complete my manuscript and submit it to Publish America. Now, I am so proud to be a published author of "Jewels Treasured by Her Family!!" In thinking of where I have come from and my set backs; I know this is the read dream about accomplishment!
No, I still haven't stopped I am almost done with my second manuscript and hope to see it published as well! I have two more ideas for other books, one a true story and another fiction.These are my goal in accomplishing more.

I also have another novel I am working on, "Three Roses For Pearl" which is in the publishing process now and will be ready for my readers to buy next year in 09. When it does watch out it a good one! I am also talking to a friend about writing her story about coming to America as a mail order bride, this looks like a great one!
