Life occurs in a particular way for a reason. And, each event can be a learning experience. These experiences and our responses creates who we are. The forces of Education have been a great influence in my life. I spent more than 15 years in the world of public education and have known since a young age that I was born to be a teacher. While I am no longer in the classroom with young children learning how to express themselves, I am still a teacher reaching out to a much larger world. A point came when I discovered I needed to go beyond my existing world of rural Nevada. I then discovered that I can write poetry, create curriculum for adults, not just children, write non-fiction articles, and am learning how to put words on the page in many more ways. I am passionate about literature, and love books for children. I also use my communication skills in the role as a life coach. I have a heart for women who desire more for their life and believe that they can be more than who they are at this moment.
