I'm still a vagabond poet and determined writer, with a bit of teaching thrown in to keep me honest. Just a note for all of those who want to put what I write in a box... Poetry is the most sublime use of language known. Is what I give you autobiographical? Perhaps, but usually not. Still, poetry is an artistic fiction. I give the whos whats whens wheres, hows and leave the whys up to the reader. Those who know me and ask, receive my reasons for a particular piece. Still, each one is a mirror, to gaze in or to shatter, at the reader's pleasure.
I'm still in Kyle, TX, living my Hill Country dream, happily ensconced with my Muse, two Basenjis, and the Russian Blue who apparently owns the place. Thanks again to all of you who choose to visit my pages. you're welcome, anytime.
