I continue to be a vagabond poet and determined writer, with a bit of teaching thrown in to keep me honest. Just a note for all of those who want to put what I write in a beautifully wrapped, categorized package... my poetry is an artistic frisson. Those who know me and ask, receive my reasons for a particular piece. Still, each poem is a mirror, to gaze in or to shatter, at the reader's pleasure. I haven't moved from Kyle, TX, I still have the two (rather decrepit, now) Basenjis, and my Russian Blue who definitely owns the house. To all of you who read who I am, especially as you wander through this dry desert of the past two years, my eternal thanks. There's more to come... promise.
