I am a nonfictional novelist and poet originally from Hempstead New York. Writing gives me the opportuntiy to live inside of new worlds and spend time with fun characters and concepts. I like sharing these moments with others who are interested in the laughter, pain, and interesting lives of my characters.

I started writing poetry at the age of sixteen. I loved being able to take words and create a mental picture of beauty and song. I am inspired by people such as Maya Angelo, Nikki Giovanni, and many Jazz songs that have been created with beautiful lyrics. I have always loved to fantasize and daydream whether or not it was about slapping my former boss in the face or sitting by the beach in Tuscany. I decided to turn these fantasies into stories and found that it was wonderful to be able to live in a world created by myself in which I control the outcome. My biggest aspiration is to one day be able to capture the interest of readers like my favorite writer; Judy Blume.
