I was an actress for many years working in The National Theatre, Royal Court and television. I became tired of being other people and wanted to discover who I was - a lifetimes journey. I've always wanted to write and now have the oportunity to do so.

One of the major influences in my life was coming to Italy to live, alone and with little money, coping with the mishaps, the passion and the intrigue. Which is what my book, 'Down a Tuscan Alley' is about.
Accomplishments: I won a scholarship to LAMDA where I studied the art of becoming an actress for two years. I then went on to the Old Vic theatre, the Royal Court and the National Theatre. This led to films and television.
