I grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but have also lived in Jerusalem, Paris and the South of France. I was a writer for the Los Angeles Daily Journal and have been profiled by the Los Angeles Times and the Los Angeles Daily Journal.

Accomplishments

I've been a finalist in the Ernest Hemingway First Novel Competition, the James Fellowship for First Novels and the William Faulkner Writing Competition.

My novel, "When She Sleeps" was published by Toby Press and was named a New York Public Library Best Books for the Teen Age selection.
My non-fiction book "Juvenile Court: A Judge's Guide for Young Adults and their Parents" was published by Scarecrow Press in 2009.
