Melissa is a writer, musician, composer, and yoga instructor living in Oregon's lush Willamette Valley. "Writing is my passion and my love," she writes. "It keeps me sane and transports me to new and different worlds. In summing up what it means to me to be a writer, Ursula LeGuin said it best: 'My imagination makes me human and makes me a fool. It gives me all the world, and exiles me from it.'"
