Henle is a true believer that writing has been his greatest therapy. Whether he's been a sports writer, a real estate editor, a freelance writer or the author of a book, Henle has always found that his greatest self satisfaction has come through the written word. In fact, when asked to speak to groups, Henle often advises members of his audience to write down their thoughts. No matter what the situation, he truly believes the greatest therapy is attained by expressing one's thoughts through writing. In the last 35 years, his greatest friendships have come via journalism or freelance writing. Since the release of his book, he has been fascinated at how many people have said they can identify with the disorder or other health issues like it. The key, he says, is refusing to give up nomatter what the challenge.
