I am a lover of fantasy, science fiction, and supernatural thrillers. I was influenced at a young age, introduced to classic fantasy and sci-fi in my early teens. I knew I wanted to write since junior high school, as I sat and listened to tales made up by my dad.

I started role-playing in the early eighties, when these game systems just started to emerge on the scene. I have played many role-playing systems and still game today. I love to create worlds and creatures, weaving tales of politics and suspense into my gaming style.

I also love to study the supernatural, and I am currently involved in a local Ghost Hunting group based in Pittsburgh. I have had many of "odd" encounters over the years and enjoy lurking in dank dark places rumored to be "haunted".

I graduated from Karns City High School in Karns City, Pennsylvania in 1982, then spent ten years in the U.S. Air Force. After completion of those ten years, I finished my electrical engineering degree at Penn State, in New Kensington Pa. I live in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my wife, children, and our lovable all white Husky Luna.
