Since the passing of my father in 1993, I write to live. But for most of my life i've written. My poetry and short stories are published in a number of literary magazines, anthologies and newsletters.

It's in my blood. In high school certain phrases and word rhythms kept going through my head, and they were seeking accompaning lines. I also must say that The Beatles helped inspire my creativity. A classmate's reaction to an essay I wrote in high school was encouraging.
