CLIFFORD OF DRUMMOND ISLAND is the true story of a horse with a sense of humor. Nancy first started writing about horses when she was nine. She wrote hundreds of pages on lined notebook paper and illustrated them. Looking back, she realizes she now is doing the same thing on a computer. "I never grew up," she admits.
