While some of my poetry is angst-driven, it was written YEARS ago during heartache times. I hesitated to post them because they are just so anguished. My romantic love life is flourishing and fine as my husband will be happy to attest! But maybe putting into words the deep heartache that we can all feel will help someone see that someone out there does understand how you feel and you will live and can move on! Have published magazine, newspaper and website articles; written several reams of poetry; a series of children's books and am working on a couple of e-books right now on topics such as finding joy within yourself, relationships, single parenting, praise and worship, and life in general. My major influences are my husband who constantly gives me fodder for my writing, God for inspirational writing, and women around me for their strength in tough times. I try to motivate and inspire people to feel better about themselves, and to become what and who they want to be. I also loved reading Erma Bombeck. She was one of the funniest "normal" people ever.
