Hello to all ,
Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I appreciate your support and interest.
My name is Nicole Weaver . I was born in Port-Au-Prince Haiti . I came to the United States when I was ten years old. I moved to New York and learned English as a third language. In high school I studied Spanish for one year and four years in college. I majored in French, Spanish and minored in psychology while in college. I am fluent in Creole, French, English and Spanish. I graduated from the college of New Rochelle and went to graduate school at Bankstreet College of Education. I am a high school teacher of French and Spanish. I love teaching language and culture to young people.
My interest include : Reading, sewing, and exercising daily. I also love to travel. I have travelled to Spain, France, Mexico, Canada, Belgium, Amsterdam, Germany, Saint Thomas, England and Switzerland.
I recently made a commitment to donate a portion of my book proceeds to the Lambi Fund of Haiti. For more information regarding the Lambi Fund of Haiti you can visit their website at:

3) Teacher scholarship- awarded by Alliance Française of Houston.
I lived in Saint Nazaire with 300 foreign language teachers from all over the world.
4)Professional teaching license for the state of Texas and Colorado.
5)Published in The Lantern volumes 2-6
6)First place winner Poetry contest held by Arapahoe Library District, 2005
