I once sought to save the world from poetic deprivation. But life had other plans. And...
"Willingly I gave to life everything I could.
But life took everything just as I knew it would.
Took all my love and happiness, and wouldn't quit.
Stole all my hopes and dreams, and didn't leave a bit. Therefore, it's only right that I now take it. (So my darlings, be still. I but complete God's will!)"

Patrick P. Stafford's emotionally-charged poetry tribute to Princess Diana, HOMAGE TO A PRINCESS, previously published in trade paperback, is now undergoing reconsideration by a number of major publishers worldwide; and a re-publication of this wondeful tome is anticipated soon!
Meanwhile, Patrick's other poetic epic, "Asian Darkness," a book of 100 poems commemorating the Vietnam War (not conflict!) is also undergoing reviews by major publishers...and hopefully will find publication again in the near future--and this time by a reputable publisher!
