As far back as the 1970's, when Pat attended high school, he was told to be a writer. After 30 years and numerous fields of work, he now writes articles and feature stories for an automotive club newsletter. He is a fan of fiction, particularly suspense mixed with horror or supernatural themes.
His favorite authors include Dean Koontz, Stephen King, and Tami Hoag.

His first novel, titled Reunions, was published through Outskirts Press in March, 2005. He is an avid Volkswagen enthusiast and attends many car shows during the summer months throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. He lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is married, and has one daughter.
