My first influence was S.E. Hinton. We had to read her four novels when I was in 7th grade (The Outsiders, That Was Then This Is Now, Rumble Fish and Tex). She was only 16 when she wrote the Outsiders. I became an avid reader at that point, and knew I wanted to be a novelist.

I work full time as an Employment Law Paralegal for the Eastman Kodak Company. I write regular book reviews and conduct author interviews at BookBrowser.com. I also work as a freelance reporter for the AdNet Community News. I am 30 years old, married, and my wife and I have three children.
